Upon attending a small student showcase, i was prepared to be blown away from the entire year of late practices after school and theater obsessed freaks (the best kind of people to ever meet, no one great was ever completely sane) but was instead met by a disastrous and embarrassing jumble of conflicted events which was guided by the nonexistent quantity of focus, skill or passion for the arts or even simply reciting the correct lines. I would tell you what the play was about, but i'm not entirely sure myself! Every single word was misplaced and covered up with tired eyes clearly just wanting to go home and finish some leftover maths homework, and every scene had no relation to the last. It was like watching a distrous hippo rampage round trying to speak english in a french-speaking country. It was so disastrous the attending headmaster of the school refused to announce the incident had ever happened the next day in an assembly.
